This will be an exciting day for Montrose Trinity Church as Rev Derek Peat preaches at a joint service in Montrose Trinity Church @ Steeple as sole nominee for one of our vacancies. Our nominating committee was unanimous in choosing Derek as sole nominee. We look forward to meeting him. Here are some details of the procedure that day. The service will start at 11am but you are requested to arrive in plenty of time as the attendance of anyone on the electoral roll has to be noted on the way in. You will receive a voting form on which to register your vote after the service. While the votes are being counted, refreshments will be served in the church. If all goes according to plan, members are then asked to sign the call before they leave. This is a very important day in the life of our congregation and merits a good attendance.
There will be no live stream of the service but we hope to be able to add a video of it to our channel on YouTube by Monday.
